Jenn is a Special Needs Family Advocate and Care Manager, and she has served in the field of social services in various capacities for the past 20 years. Previously, she worked serving the formerly homeless. Her expertise is working with people who live with a variety of disabilities and mental health issues.
Jenn takes a holistic approach to her work, considering the whole person as a plan of care is developed. Her mission and passion is to walk alongside those she serves, empowering, educating and equipping them to overcome life challenges. She encourages her clients in their faith and spiritual growth because she knows this brings healing to individuals and families. Her hope is that her clients and their families are eventually able to live life to the fullest, despite the difficulties they face. Jenn considers ministering to others – particularly those who don’t have a voice – as her personal mission field.
Jenn and her husband Aaron have a young daughter and two rescue dogs, and she thinks of her church and the LifeLinks team as “second family.” Jenn likes to travel, read, study philosophy and the Bible, and enjoys spending time outside.
