Is LifeLinks a sitter service?

No, LifeLinks is not a sitter service. Most elderly adults who need serious assistance need it from a caregiver, not a sitter. As part of our more comprehensive services, we help you find the right caregivers, create a fully customizable plan of care, and ensure that plan gets implemented to improve your aging loved ones quality of life.

Most sitter services are very limited in the scope of care they can provide. As a general rule of thumb, these types of companies are not authorized to take a very clinical approach to caring for your aging loved one. They play more of a companionship role, which is a very important one! However, care managers have the ability to take a very clinical approach with the care they provide. Our care managers are registered nurses, physical therapists, and social workers with a plethora of certifications and qualifications.
