Is my family information kept confidential?

Protecting your privacy is one of our top priorities, and our success is built on the trust our clients place in us. We understand that, over time, family details may be revealed or your loved one may divulge confidential information or feelings to us that you don’t want shared. LifeLinks is bound by strict privacy laws regarding your loved one’s personal health information, and we make every effort to release only that information necessary for our client to get the care and services they need.

Every piece of relevant health information that we receive from clients, families, prospective clients, and the like has to be acquired, stored, and used according to HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
