What does a Care Manager do for me on a daily basis?

A Care Manager is your guide through the aging process. There are a variety of ways that manifests itself on a day-to-day basis. Our care managers will help manage your aging loved ones medications. Any type of sitter service or companionship service won't offer the ability to manage, handle, or deliver medications. Our registered nurses, physical therapists, and social workers are all qualified and certified to manage medications from start to finish. Our care managers will also attend any doctors appointments your loved one ever goes to. This allows our care managers to navigate all the ins and outs of the healthcare system, and communicate the results of all appointments to you and your family members.

What does all of this mean for you? What it means is that you will have one person to contact for all of your needs. Your aging loved one will have a friend, and an advocate whose sole priority is to improve their quality of life.
